Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through recruiting, training, and coaching.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:
- Experience in restaurant management or a leadership role within the hospitality industry.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
