As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations and ensuring they meet customer service objectives while maximizing sales and profits. You will also have the opportunity to train, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers to become highly proficient in their roles. Your critical thinking skills will come in handy as you handle unexpected circumstances such as staffing shortages or unhappy customers. Additionally, your financial knowledge will be put to use as you manage budgets effectively to keep the restaurants profitable.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of multi-restaurant operations management experience preferred; or equivalent education and experience
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profits in a multi-unit market
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop leaders within operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Critical thinking skills for handling unexpected circumstances
- Financial knowledge for managing budgets effectively
- Analytical skills for interpreting reports
- Experience using restaurant management software
- Customer service and people skills for creating positive relationships
- Outstanding ability to manage multiple locations at once
